One accessible site per visit. Site induction, safe access, and necessary permissions must be arranged. This is visual documentation, not surveying, engineering, inspection, measurement, or compliance certification. Recurring visits and long-term time-lapse are quoted separately. Drone coverage is subject to flight feasibility.
Prices are starting points in USD for the listed scope. Final availability, crew, deliverables, taxes, travel, usage rights, and delivery dates are confirmed in your written estimate and booking agreement. No payment or date reservation is made on this page. Additional work and revisions require agreement.

Can we arrange recurring site visits?
Yes, recurring visits are quoted separately around your milestones and access requirements. The prices shown cover one visit, not an ongoing monitoring plan.
Are these images suitable for inspections or measurements?
This service is visual documentation. It does not include surveying, engineering, inspections, measurements, or compliance certification.
What if aerial coverage is not feasible?
Aerial work depends on the location, conditions, and operating requirements. We’ll discuss the feasible scope and any necessary adjustment before proceeding; drone coverage is not guaranteed.
Delivery, files & usage
For commercial work, the estimate defines the license. Standard proposed scope covers the commissioning business’s website and organic social for 12 months. Paid ads, broadcast, resale, and third-party usage are separate. Delivery dates, file formats, access periods, and any editing rounds are agreed before booking. RAW files and project files are excluded unless expressly listed in the accepted estimate.
