Gallery privacy

Access records
We store the email you enter, the gallery visited, first and last access dates, number of entries and your choice about updates. We use these records to manage delivery and answer collection inquiries. Entering an email does not verify identity or email ownership.
Optional updates
We will only use your email for updates and promotions if you select the optional checkbox. You can withdraw that choice by emailing privacy@hig.studio. You can enter without subscribing.
Session and favorites
A first-party cookie maintains gallery access during your session for up to 24 hours. Favorites stay in this browser and device; they are not sent to HIG.studio or synchronized across devices. We temporarily store a keyed hash of the network address to limit abusive attempts. The hosting provider may keep operational logs.
Access by link
This gallery is semiprivate and intended for people who received its link. Anyone with the link and a valid email can enter. Do not forward the link without the family’s permission. The photos are not a public portfolio; downloading them does not authorize commercial use.
Information and retention
Records and photos are stored on the hosting used by HIG.studio. Email records are restricted to the administrator. We retain records while needed to manage delivery and project inquiries; gallery availability is agreed with the client. Contact privacy@hig.studio to request access, correction or deletion.
The form is intended for adults. For a minor’s access, use a parent or guardian’s email.
