Every podcast project is quoted separately. No podcast recording, equipment, operator, video, editing, or message compilation is included in a photography or event-film package. The estimate itemizes recording, location or studio costs, video capture, editing, and optional social clips. No fixed price or automatic bundle applies.
Final availability, crew, deliverables, taxes, travel, usage rights, and delivery dates are confirmed in your written estimate and booking agreement. No payment or date reservation is made on this page. Additional work and revisions require agreement.

A grandparent’s advice. A sibling’s story. A friend’s wish for the future. We plan a designated recording space and prompts with an organizer, then agree who receives the private files and when.
The surprise is for the recipient; guests know they are being recorded. Participation is optional. Parent or guardian authorization is required for minors. A quieter space away from speakers is essential; a busy reception cannot be made soundproof. An edited surprise film requires both video capture and editing in your separate quote. Same-day editing, projection, public release, and livestreaming are not included.

Is podcast included in wedding or quinceañera coverage?
No. The entire podcast experience is booked and quoted separately. Event photography and film packages do not include podcast setup, recording, operators, video, or compilation editing.
Can we have video and an edited compilation?
Yes, those requirements can be quoted as separate items. Tell us whether you want audio, video, an edited conversation, a family compilation, or short excerpts; we’ll itemize the estimate.
How does the family surprise work?
We plan prompts, a designated recording area, participants, and permissions with you. Guests knowingly leave their messages for later delivery to the chosen recipient. A same-day screening is not included.
Can you record in a busy event venue?
We assess room sound, access, and setup needs with you. A quieter designated space helps; the suitable location, participant count, and duration are agreed before booking.
Delivery, files & usage
Personal-use rights are agreed for family and event projects. Delivery dates, file formats, access periods, and any editing rounds are agreed before booking. RAW files and project files are excluded unless expressly listed in the accepted estimate.
